Death Warrant

1. READ THIS CAREFULLY

By booking or participating in any experience arranged by Do or Die Adventures Ltd (“the Company”), you acknowledge that these are extreme, unconventional, and potentially dangerous activities.

This is not a standard holiday. This is not a guided museum tour. This is Do or Die.

2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

I understand and accept that activities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Travel in remote, off-grid, or hazardous environments
2. Exposure to extreme weather and terrain
3. Encounters with wildlife (including potentially dangerous animals such as bears)
4. Travel on or near industrial infrastructure (e.g. trains, freight routes, or similar)
5. Limited or delayed access to emergency services
6. I acknowledge that these risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

3. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I confirm that:

1. I am 18 years of age or older
2. I am participating entirely voluntarily
3. I am physically and mentally capable of undertaking these activities
4. I understand this is not a controlled or risk-free environment
5. No one is forcing me. This is my decision.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I accept full responsibility for my own actions, decisions, and safety during any experience.

1. I may choose to withdraw at any time (where feasible)
2. I am responsible for assessing my own limits
3. I must follow any safety guidance provided, but ultimate responsibility remains with me

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Do or Die Adventures Ltd, its directors, staff, and partners:

1. Shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation
2. Are not responsible for risks inherent to the activities or environment
3. Do not guarantee safety in inherently dangerous situations
4. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded (including death or injury caused by proven negligence)

6. NO GUARANTEES

I understand that:

1. Conditions may change rapidly
2. Plans may be altered, delayed, or cancelled
3. Outcomes are unpredictable
4. That is part of the experience

7. “DEATH WARRANT” ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand this document is referred to humorously as a “death warrant,” but it is in fact a serious legal agreement confirming that:

1. I knowingly accept the risks involved
2. I take responsibility for my participation
3. I understand that things can and do go wrong
